Getting To Know Us

What a beautiful day on the Outer Banks!  Every once in a while a beautiful summer day will show up in the middle of the winter or right after an early spring cold spell.  This is one of the benefits of living on the Outer Banks.   Today was one of those days - 75, sunny, no wind.   Of course, we took great advantage of it.

We never stop working for you - 24 / 7, however, we may move our business out of the office and to our favorite local eatery, Hurricane Mo's!   I posted a picture of Alex & I at a business meeting during lunch at Hurricane Mo's - located just steps to the beach.   Mo's just added outdoor seating last year and is about to add a large deck that should have some pretty awesome oceanviews.   Lunch for us was a grilled chicken club wrap, a side of salad and fruit.  If you stop at Mo's let her know you are a client, buyer, seller or friend of Kathleen & Alex's.   She is a very dear friend of ours, we are going on 25 years!
Hope to see you on the Outer Banks this year.  Let me know if you would like to preview any properties or have questions on any of the properties on our website.  Our website has every listing available in the MLS. Email me at kargiroff@gmail.com or call my cell 252-202-8147.
SPRING IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER - don't end up in the "would of, should of, could of" club - it's a great time to buy!  The best we will ever see in our lifetime.
