Will You Listen To Me Now Interest Rates Are Going Up To Stay

Listen up buyers, interest rates are going up!   Experts are saying they are in the 4's to stay and going up from there.  Gone are the days of 3.25%.  If you have been sitting on the fence, now is the time to take the JUMP!  As a realtor/broker I feel it is my responsibility to keep my clients aware of market conditions so they don't let a terrific home or opportunity pass them by.  I may not be able to give an exact predication of when interest rates & prices will be at their lowest at the same time, however, I can give you an excellent educated guess.  It's NOW!  As you know every time we have a rise in interest rates you are paying MORE for that home.   If you are serious about purchasing a vacation home or primary home, I can tell you with confidence NOW is the time.  It is a great pleasure of mine every time I sell a home to a buyer that thought they would never be able to get in the game on the Outer Banks.  They are so excited and they should be.  We are at the bottom of a historic housing market.   Please do not become part of the "should of, could of, wish I would of" club.

I service all areas from Corolla to Hatteras and am very familiar with the inventory.  Just give me a call and I'll put you on my schedule: Kathleen Argiroff,  252-202-8147, kargiroff@gmail.com  If you need to talk to a local lender regarding the various products available for 2nd home lending, give Beau Spivey a call with Towne Bank Mortgage - 252-337-4961.  He is easily reached and will make the process stress free for you.  Some lenders only require 10% down on a 2nd home. I will guide you through the entire process from searching to closing and beyond.  We will analyze everything including property inspections, rental income, expenses and how they fit in with your personal goals.
Hope to see you on the Outer Banks sometime this summer or fall.   I'm never too busy for you!   Kathleen
